BOARD OF DIRECTORS | 이사회
The Board of Directors is the governing authority of the AP Korean Committee. It provides fiduciary oversight, establishes and approves major policies and organizational plans, and supports the Committee’s long-term accountability, financial stability, and sustainability.
이사회는 AP Korean Committee의 최종 의결 및 감독 기구입니다. 재정을 감독하고 주요 정책과 사업계획을 수립·승인하며, 조직의 장기적인 책임성, 재정적 안정 및 지속 가능성을 지원합니다.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE | 실행위원회
The Executive Committee is the primary operating body of the AP Korean Committee. Appointed or approved by the Board of Directors, its members coordinate organizational priorities, implement Board-approved policies and program plans, and lead major initiatives across the organization.
실행위원회는 AP Korean Committee의 실질적인 운영 기구입니다. 이사회가 임명하거나 승인한 위원들이 조직의 우선 과제를 조정하고, 이사회가 승인한 정책과 사업계획을 실행하며, 조직의 주요 사업을 이끌어 갑니다.
OFFICERS | 임원진
The President, Secretary, and Treasurer/CFO carry out the official leadership, administrative, recordkeeping, and financial responsibilities established in the Bylaws. They support the work of both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
회장, 서기 및 재무/CFO는 정관에 규정된 공식 리더십, 행정, 기록 관리 및 재정 업무를 담당하며, 이사회와 실행위원회의 업무를 지원합니다.
PROGRAM COMMITTEES | 분과위원회
Six Program Committees provide subject-area expertise and carry out specialized initiatives supporting the mission and priorities of the AP Korean Committee. Their chairs and key leaders also contribute to organization-wide coordination through the Executive Committee.
6개 분과위원회는 각 전문 분야의 지식과 경험을 바탕으로 AP Korean Committee의 사명과 우선 과제를 지원하는 전문 사업을 수행합니다. 각 분과의 위원장과 주요 리더들은 실행위원회에도 참여하여 조직 전체의 사업 조정과 실행에 기여합니다.
